Our 2 year old daughter attends North Star Montessori and we absolutely love Ms.Subha! We love the more individualized attention that each of the students get here with it being a smaller class size. We never feel like our daughter is being held behind from her capabilities and we love that Ms. Subha pushes her to achieve more. Ms. Subha even gives us tips how to encourage academics at home as well!
Our daughter is always bringing home crafts from school and we love the updates we receive throughout the day. Our daughter loves going to school and the flexible hours are a huge plus for working parents. Ms. Subha is also helping us tackle potty training, which we are so grateful for!
We toured a couple daycare/schools before we felt at home with North Star. We couldn’t see enrolling our daughter and future kids anywhere else!
Ms. Subha was so gracious for accepting my daughter April as an additional student at her daycare. We had an initial meeting in the afternoon to see if April was a good fit for the daycare and the minute we walked through the door she pushed away from me to get down onto the play mat to start playing with the toys. My husband and I knew our daughter was in good hands.
We have been with NSM for nearly a year now and April screams in excitement every morning we walk up to Ms. Subha's door. She is nearly 2 years old and can speak in full sentences, sing, recognize numbers, letters, and she knows how to sign. She also Sleeps and eats well and comes home tuckered out from a day packed with play. Thank you to Ms. Subha for the wonderful experience and we would easily recommend NSM to everyone in Lakewood for your superb quality of care!

It was so hard to return to work after maternity leave but Mrs.Subha has made my transition back to the office 100% easier.
From our first meet & greet- our 6 month old daughter took immediately to her. Both her eating and sleeping has greatly improved compared to our prior day care facility.
And even more important, our daughter is really thriving. She's happy and loves her time there which really helps put me at ease.

We've known Ms. Subha from a previous school, where she was always one of our son's favorite teachers. Her gentle and loving approach, combined with her dedication to ensuring her students learn the Montessori way, left a lasting impression on us. Suba is an amazing healthcare worker to her patients. I worked with her and she definitely stands out. She takes extra care for her patients and their families.
